How We Work: Holistic, Evidence-Based Psychotherapy
At the Center for Embodiment Medicine, our team of associates and licensed therapists offers a wide range of services rooted in relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy. We support clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and trauma.

Our approach blends traditional counseling with integrative modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, expressive arts therapy, and eco-therapy—meeting each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Whether you're seeking deep healing, emotional clarity, or simply a space to be heard, we provide individualized, compassionate care that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
