The Center for Embodiment Medicine now offers eco-therapy and Tele-Health psychotherapy in Sonora, serving adults, teens, and families in the Sonora region. While we do not yet have a physical office in Truckee, our clinicians provide nature-based therapy outdoors and HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions that support trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing. Our approach blends somatic therapy, embodiment practices, and relational talk therapy, helping clients heal in connection with the land, their bodies, and themselves.
