Our weekly dances have a new, expanded format...come experience the evolution!

** You are always at choice about your participation and whether you want to remain solo or connect with other people.

WARM-UP CLASS....expect something like yoga, contact, qi gong, microfusion, axis syllabus, and so on. We have a variety of teachers each with their own passion and expertise to get you warmed up and connected for the dance journey ahead. See teacher schedule below.

DANCE JOURNEY....we have a rotating team of resident DJs with occasional guest DJs from out of town (see DJ schedule below).

Enjoy a two-hour, DJ'd musical "journey". Music for the first 10-15 minutes is ambient and downtempo for you to drop in and move slowly. The tempo begins to build gradually from there reaching a peak or catharsis in the second half of the dance. Afterwards the music comes down, softening and slowing towards the end for relaxation and rest as we conclude the dance.

SOUND INTEGRATION....local (and out-of-town) sound healers and musicians/vocal artists will provide the vibrational and energetic space for integration afterwards. Afterwards we end with a closing circle for you to share some of your experience if you like and to make announcements and give gratitude.

In sum, the expanded version of our weekly dances is just over 3 hours total and is inspired by other communities who've grown in this way before us.

Kids are free! Also, dance for free on your Birthday Week.

All are at choice. Each individual takes full responsibility for their experience including their own health and safety.

Please keep this space drug/alcohol free and conversation off the dance floor! Turn phones and devices off if you can and please only use or check them if absolutely necessary (away from the dance area).
