RETREAT :: A 5Rhythms Workshop with Rachel Jordana
Located @ Camp Double Bear in the Santa Cruz Mountains, this weekend will be a great way to be seen, to rest, to gain insight and to dance. We will dance, eat, sit in council, create ritual and be gifted a shamanic drum journey with Seth Nickinson.

About the Event
Come explore safety, soothing and reverence through the 5Rhythms movement practice. This a feel-good workshop, AND all feeling are welcome. Expect to dance, to be seen and heard- and also to learn some coping skills for relaxation that you can add to your emotional tool belt.
Camp Double Bear is a gorgeous venue, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, surrounded by hiking trails and a hot tub with epic views. For food, each participant will be assigned a team to prepare one meal in the kitchen yurt. At the moment, the lodging options are car camping (sleeping in your car), tent camping and sleeping in a shared yurt. Beds are provided, bedding is not. Cost for lodging is included in the price We recommend car pooling and driving with all wheel drive. We will post a food google doc and a ride share doc for all participants closer to the date.
