About the Event

About the Talk:

Embodiment Medicine is more than a modality—it’s a path of healing that honors the wisdom of the body, the power of presence, and the aliveness of relationship.

In this free community event, Dr. Rachel Horodezky will guide participants through an experiential introduction to Embodiment Medicine, blending a brief talk with a somatic/expressive practice and open space for questions. You’ll get a feel for the work—literally—and learn how it weaves together somatic therapy, eco-therapy, expressive arts, and conscious dance within a trauma-informed framework.

This evening is ideal for therapists, healers, and anyone curious about embodied healing or the upcoming Embodiment Medicine Training for Therapists launching in 2026.
