About the Event
Embodiment Medicine Group Therapy is a weekly online therapeutic space designed to support healing through the integration of group process, evidence-based practices, movement, somatic regulation, and expressive arts. Each session offers gentle guidance to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and explore emotional experience in a supportive community.
This group is open to all levels, all bodies, all shapes and sizes, and proudly welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, multicultural, neurodivergent, and historically marginalized communities. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.
