About the Event
Healing Attachment Wounds: A Somatic and Depth Psychological ApproachFree Community Talk with Hania O’Neil, AMFT
Why do some relationships feel safe and others leave us anxious or shut down? How do early childhood experiences shape the way we connect, love, and trust?
In this free community talk, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist Hania O’Neil will explore how attachment wounds—formed in our earliest relationships—can impact us into adulthood. Drawing from body-based (somatic) practices and depth psychology, Hania will guide participants in understanding how healing is possible through both insight and embodied connection.
This talk is open to anyone curious about their inner world, relationships, and the path to deeper emotional healing. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
