About the Event
The Open Floor Marin community has gathered thousands of people to dance and learn together since 1987. At the time it was considered weird, counterculture. Fast forward, and science and psychology have caught up with what we knew all along: movement is a reliable elixir for connection, belonging, physical and mental health, and a longer, richer life.
Due to high volume of demand, ONLINE ticket sales for Sunday dances at MLK gym close 30 minutes before the event begins. Cash payments will be accepted at the door subject to availability. If you intend to purchase tickets at the door, please arrive early as dances typically sell out.
