Join Grace Lakovich, AMFT#157886, Supervised by Dr. Rachel Horodezky, PsyD25159 for a one-hour experiential talk exploring how embodiment supports teens in navigating the challenges of adolescence. Through guided practices and discussion, Grace will share how body-based awareness can foster emotional regulation, resilience, and deeper self-trust during this formative stage of life.
This free online event is open to all and includes space for reflection and Q&A.
CEUs are available for master’s-level therapists (LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs) through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Grace Lakovich, AMFT #157836, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Dr. Rachel Horodezky, PsyD #25159.
