About the Event
In this residential weekend workshop led by Dr. Rachel Jordana Horodezky, PsyD we will use the 5 Rhythms as developed by Gabrielle Roth to dance between the veils. Expect Ceremony, Deep Listening, WItnessing and a lot of Dancing.
Although this is a trauma-informed workshop rooted in many healing modalities, it is not a replacement for therapy.
Food: Meals will be prepared communally, with each participant being assigned to prepare one meal with a team. Dietary restrictions will be taken into account and each meal will accommodate vegan, gluten free and dairy-free options.
Lodging: Available options include camping, car camping, sleeping in a shared yurt and private housing. Private rooms are an extra $100 per night.
