About Me
Hania Columbina, AMFT48220 (She/Her) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and humanistic psychotherapist, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Douglas Kasle, PsyD20824. She brings a deeply integrative approach to therapy, drawing from depth psychology, psychodynamic theory, somatic practices, ecotherapy, and attachment theory.
As a humanistic, holistic therapist, Hania is dedicated to helping women navigate life’s most tender turning points—grief, trauma, transitions, and the quiet unraveling that often accompanies them. With deep respect for the wisdom of the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit—she offers a safe, compassionate space to reconnect with oneself, make meaning of life’s experiences, and gently transform pain into resilience.
Hania’s work honors the interconnectedness of internal and external worlds, and she supports clients in exploring not only the stories of their past, but how those narratives live in the present—inviting insight, growth, and emotional freedom. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, moving through divorce or separation, questioning your identity in midlife, or carrying old wounds asking to be healed, Hania walks beside you with presence, care, and a belief in your innate capacity to heal.
Her approach integrates mindfulness and somatic-based practices, including Zen Buddhism and body-centered awareness, alongside trauma-informed support. When aligned with a client’s journey, she may also weave in creative expression, nature-based reflection, or spiritual exploration. She works through a lens of Acceptance and Compassion-Based Therapy, encouraging curiosity, empathy, and self-kindness.
Hania believes healing is not about “fixing” ourselves, but about returning to who we truly are—one courageous breath at a time.
