Solstice Dance with Rachel Jordana in Santa Cruz

Please join us for Our Seasonal Solstice Dance Ritual! Come on Time and Wear White.

This is a 5 Rhythms free form movement practice where all emotions, energy levels, and expressions are welcome.

Expect a half hour warm up, a mid-way ritual led by Rachel Jordana and a 5Rhythms wave.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and others.

We need community and each other more than ever. Thank goodness for dance.

Time: 7pm-8:30pm Please arrive on time and stay until the end (Please support us in creating a tight container)
