About the Event

About the Talk:

In a world that often asks us to be smaller, quieter, or more “put together,” healing begins with allowing our full selves to show up. In this free community talk, therapist Kayla Copeland explores what it means to see people in their wholeness—not just as problems to fix, but as complex, evolving beings.

Grounded in Gestalt therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Kayla will share how honoring all parts of ourselves—our protectors, wounds, strengths, and shadows—can lead to deeper connection, integration, and healing. This talk is open to anyone curious about therapy, inner work, or building more compassionate relationships with themselves and others.
